Medical Conditions
All treatments are subject to completion of a health consultation to ensure there are no contra-indications that
will affect your chosen treatment. Your therapist will discuss any issues with you on the day and a suitable alternative
treatment may be offered. We are unable to carry out specific treatments on clients with/or who have suffered from
certain medical conditions. A doctors letter may be required in some cases. If you have had cancer in the last 3 years or are currently pregnant we are unable to offer any type of massage as we are not trained or insured, an alternative 
treatment will be offered. If you are unsure, please contact us in advance for further guidance.
 

Cancellations, Re-scheduling and No Shows
24hrs notice is required when cancelling or re-scheduling an appointment, if you don’t meet the notice period you
will be charged at the full price to cover loss of our professional time. We are unable to book you in again until the
balance has been settled.


Spa Packages
Full payment is required for all spa packages at time of booking. We do not offer refunds but you can re-schedule
depending on availabilty. Spa packages can be re-scheduled up to a maximum of three times. Towels are provided with all spa packages, please bring along suitable footwear for the pool area. Robes are available to hire,
£10 refundable cash deposit required. Afternoon tea and sunday roast is available between 1pm and 3.30pm. If you have chosen a Spa Break check in is from 3pm, check out is 12pm. Breakfast is served between 6.30am and 10am Monday to Friday and 7am to 11am Saturday and Sunday. Single person supplement applies.


Appointments
Please make sure you arrive at least five minutes prior to your treatment time to complete our health consultation.
If you arrive late you will lose time on your treatment and you will still be charged the full price. Occassionally we may run late, if this happens you will still recieve your full treatment time. Clients must be at least 16 years of age to
receive any treatments. We are happy to offer a file and polish to under 16’s as long as their parent or guardian stays with them throughout their treatment.


Gift Vouchers
The perfect gift for every occasion, they offer indulgence and a treat that many people wouldn’t otherwise gift
themselves. Available for individual treatments, spa packages or monetary value. They can be emailed or posted out to you second class and are valid for six months from date of purchase. You can purchase gift vouchers directly from the 
salon, in person, by email or telephone.


Discounts, Promotions and Special Offers
We run a promotion on a particular treatment every month where you can take advantage of up to 50% savings.
These will be advertised on our social pages and if you sign up to our emails then you’ll be the first to hear of them.
We also offer discounts to some local businesses - check to see if your company benefits from this. Proof of employment is required in the form of an ID badge or wageslip in order to recieve the discount. One discount/
promotion/special offer can be applied at any given time.


Car Parking
The Crowne Paza has ample car parking spaces available. Riverside Beauty clients receive free parking, please speak to a member of staff on arrival to arrange, you will need a note of your car registration. If you choose to pay the terminal on arrival we are unable to reverse the charges.
